Frequently Asked Questions

The questions our buyers ask most. If something is missing, message us on WhatsApp.

Buying process

Send us your requirements via WhatsApp or the request form. We confirm what is realistic for your budget within 24 hours, then start sourcing from auctions or partner dealers.

Vehicle quality

It is the official inspection document a Japanese auction inspector issues for every car. It grades the car (4, 4.5, 5 etc.), notes interior cleanliness (A, B, C), and maps every dent, scratch, and rust spot. We send the original sheet and a translation before you pay.

Shipping and delivery

It depends on destination. Fiji and New Zealand are typically 20–30 days. Mombasa and Dar es Salaam 30–45 days. Caribbean destinations 45–70 days. The Middle East 20–35 days. We confirm the estimate in writing with each quote.

Costs

Our quote covers: vehicle FOB price, auction fees, Japan-side handling, JEVIC inspection, our sourcing fee, RoRo or container shipping to your port, and marine insurance. Duties and taxes payable in your country are quoted separately, with guidance.

Documentation

You receive: original Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, JEVIC pre-shipment certificate, deregistration certificate (export certificate), and English translations as needed. We courier originals to your clearing agent at the destination port.
