What if the auction price goes higher than my budget?

We bid only up to the cap you set. If a target car overbids, we come back the same week with the next 2–3 best alternatives. There is no penalty for missing a bid.

Can you source a specific car I have already found?

Yes. Send us the auction listing or dealer link. We can verify it, bid on your behalf, or negotiate with the dealer.

What is an auction sheet?

It is the official inspection document a Japanese auction inspector issues for every car. It grades the car (4, 4.5, 5 etc.), notes interior cleanliness (A, B, C), and maps every dent, scratch, and rust spot. We send the original sheet and a translation before you pay.

What does the JEVIC inspection cover?

JEVIC verifies mileage, vehicle identification, mechanical condition, and roadworthiness. It is required by many destination countries for customs clearance and is independently issued.

Can I get a video of the car before shipping?

Yes. Once we secure a unit at auction or from a dealer, we can take a walk-around video on request, including engine start, interior, and underbody where the yard allows.

How accurate is the mileage on Japanese auction cars?

Japanese auctions and JEVIC verify mileage as part of the grading process. Cars flagged for tampering are explicitly noted on the auction sheet. We will not bid on a car with unverified mileage without telling you first.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on destination. Fiji and New Zealand are typically 20–30 days. Mombasa and Dar es Salaam 30–45 days. Caribbean destinations 45–70 days. The Middle East 20–35 days. We confirm the estimate in writing with each quote.

RoRo vs container, which should I choose?

RoRo is cheaper and faster and works for most cars. Container is recommended for high-value cars, multiple cars at once, classic cars, or where extra parts ship inside the vehicle. We will recommend the right option for your specific case.

What if my car gets damaged in transit?

Every shipment includes marine insurance. If damage occurs in transit, we file the claim with the carrier and insurer on your behalf and keep you updated through resolution.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. We send the bill of lading number and the carrier vessel name. You can track in real time, and we send WhatsApp updates at sailing, mid-voyage, and arrival.

Yes, and it is transparent. Our sourcing fee is shown as a line item on every quote. We never hide it inside the vehicle price, and we never take rebates from auctions or shipping lines.

We give you indicative ranges based on your destination and vehicle category, but the exact figure is set by your country’s customs authority on the day of clearance. Your local clearing agent gives you the final invoice. We can refer trusted clearing agents at most major ports.
