Import rules
Right-hand drive required. Vehicles older than 8 years incur an environmental levy of 50% on CIF. Vehicles older than 15 years incur higher levies and may face restrictions on certain categories. Pre-shipment inspection (JEVIC) is recommended.

Import Duty (25%), Excise Duty (varies), VAT (18%), Environmental Levy (35β50% for older units), Withholding Tax, and Infrastructure Levy. Total tax burden often 60β100% of CIF for older vehicles.
